The away curse strikes again another disappointing performance from Royton . To be honest Royton never got to grips with the conditions and the pitch that was the biggest i have ever seen. Both teams sitting second in there respective divisions the game rarely came to light. Slyne had home advantage and were more use to the pitch and the weather. But nobody could see 11 goals coming. Most goals came by errors because the weather conditions did not really suit both teams but Slyne took control of the game and eventually ran out well deserved winners. Danny Gilmartin & Mikey Moss and Craig Schumann worked their socks of to no avail . Going to award Mikey Moss MoM for his tireless effort this guy gets better as he gets older..
